Questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes — every account starts on the Free plan. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your Billing page once you're logged in.

What happens if I miss a check-in?

You'll get reminders during a grace period first. Only if check-ins remain missed does your policy proceed to release documents to your chosen recipients — and any social/public release is held for human review before it goes out.

What's the difference between my password and my PIN?

Your password (with TOTP 2FA) logs you in to manage documents, recipients, and policy. Your check-in PIN is a separate, lower-friction credential that only resets the check-in clock — it can never view or change your account.
